#2. Then one new file explorer will open on the windows screen. Then you have to paste

" (%appdata%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch)" 

this on the file name. 

#3. Then you have to click on the Select Folder option 

#4. Finally after this the Quick Launch option will be shown on the Task Bar. 

#5. Then you will see two arrow like button and then you have to add the application that you want to operate from the quick launch option.
